Park Rules

Santa Clara City Code Section 9.05.050

The following activities are prohibited in City parks and playgrounds: graffiti, littering, baseball, golf, amplified music (without a permit), skateboards, roller skating, bicycle riding, motorized vehicles, and power model airplanes.

SCCC 9.05.040 Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in municipal parks
SCCC 6.30.010 Dogs must be restrained on a 6' leash
SCCC 6.05.090 Dog excrement must be removed by dog owner
SCCC 12.05.060 Parks close ½ hour after sunset
PC 594.1 Possession of aerosol paint in a park is a misdemeanor
SCCC 9.30.020 No trespassing on City property when posted
