Summary

Project Description:  This project proposes to demolish an existing 16,760 square foot warehouse to build a new 196 unit apartment community within the Tasman East Specific Plan area.  All or a number of the units in the community may be rent and income restricted.

Process Description: On November 13, 2018 the City Council adopted the Tasman East Specific Plan, which provides guidelines for future projects proposed within the specific plan boundaries. All projects are subject to review and approval by the Architectural Committee.
