Project Description:  The proposed 21-story project, which is included in the adopted Tasman East Specific Plan area, includes 198 residential units with approximately 300-200 parking spaces, 100-120 bicycle spaces, amenity spaces, and 3,008 square feet of retail/flex space on the first floor. 

Process Description: On November 13, 2018 the City Council adopted the Tasman East Specific Plan, which provides guidelines for future projects proposed within the specific plan boundaries. All projects are subject to review and approval by the Architectural Committee.
