Project Description:  The approximately 1.95 acre proposed project is located within the Tasman East Specific Plan area and includes a mixed-use, mid-rise building with approximately 301 residential units, accessory residential amenity and structured parking. The project aims to promote a reduction of on site resource usage, drought tolerant landscape approaches, storm water solutions, shaded open spaces, on site electric vehicle charging stations and green building strategies.

Process Description: On November 13, 2018 the City Council adopted the Tasman East Specific Plan, which provides guidelines for future projects proposed within the specific plan boundaries. All projects are subject to review and approval by the Architectural Committee.
