Project Description:  General Plan Amendment and Rezoning of a 2.47 acre City-owned vacant site from Single Family residential (R1-6L) to Planned Development (PD) to support the construction of a single building ranging in height from two to three stories and containing 65 residential affordable units in a mix of studios and one, two and three bedroom units. All units within the project will be deed restricted for affordable housing, including 25% of the units set aside for intellectually and/or developmentally disabled persons.
