The proposed project is located within the Tasman East Specific Plan area, Parcel 24, measuring approximately .77 acres and is bound to the north by Calle Del Mundo and to the east by the future Calle Del Sol extension.

Process description: On November 13, 2018 the City Council adopted the Tasman East Specific Plan, which provides guidelines for future projects proposed within the specific plan boundaries. All projects are subject to review and approval by the Architectural Committee.
