Project Description:  This project proposes demolishing an existing 6,712 square foot commercial building to construct a new 89 unit mid-rise apartment community on a 19,998 square foot site within the Tasman East Specific Plan area.

Process Description: On November 13, 2018 the City Council adopted the Tasman East Specific Plan, which provides guidelines for future projects proposed within the specific plan boundaries. All projects are subject to review and approval by the Architectural Committee.
