Summary

Project Description:  This project proposes demolishing the two existing 2-story buildings totaling 27,000 square feet to construct a 371-unit multi-family housing development in two 8-story buildings on two parcels with a total lot area of 2.024 acre. Proposal includes 306 parking spaces.  

Process Description: On November 13, 2018 the City Council adopted the Tasman East Specific Plan, which provides guidelines for future projects proposed within the specific plan boundaries. All projects are subject to review and approval by the Development Review Hearing.
