Project Description
The proposal (PLN22-00505) is to construct 19 detached two-story homes with attached accessory dwelling units and three-car garages, and three detached two-story homes with detached two-car garages on a 2.47-acre property that is currently developed with a church use. The project requires a rezone of the property from Public, Quasi-Public, and Public Park or Recreation (B) to Planned Development (PD) to redevelop the property for residential use and a Vesting Tentative Tract Map to subdivide the project site into 22 for-sale lots and a private street to serve the development. This proposal was approved by Council on March 19, 2024.
The developer has submitted an application (PLN25-00073) to amend the approved entitlement to allow for the use of natural gas by replacing the approved electric stovetops in the project with 22 natural gas stovetops. This proposal was approved by Council on November 18, 2025.
