The project requires a Use Permit and Architectural Review to allow for the change in use and alterations to the building, surface parking area, site landscaping. The project includes interior and exterior improvements to the building, the installation of five 2,000 kilowatt back-up diesel generator and six closed-circuit cooling towers, and frontage improvements.
