Irvine Company held an in-person meeting on October 16, 2024, and a hybrid community meeting on May 13, 2024, regarding the proposed community of up to 1,792 apartment homes (15 percent affordable) across five residential buildings at the Santa Clara Park Freedom Circle office campus. Within walking distance from Irvine Company’s award-winning Santa Clara Square mixed-use community, the location sits at the heart of the City’s Freedom Circle Focus Area Plan, which aims to add new residential communities to meet the housing needs of this employment-rich area. City Staff attended to accept feedback.
