Project Description

Architectural Review, Rezone and General Plan Amendment to allow the construction of a five-story apartment building with up to 316 units wrapped around a seven-story parking structure, a new one-story, approximately 2,460 square foot maintenance building, and a 1.77-acre public park located on a part of the Pruneridge Golf Club property. The 9-hole executive golf course remains with holes 1, 2, and 3 being reconfigured to create a new golf course layout.

Demmon Partners invites you to a virtual community outreach meeting regarding the proposed development located at 400 Saratoga Avenue in Santa Clara. The proposal is to build a 5 story, 316-unit apartment building and a 1.7-acre public park along Pruneridge Avenue between San Tomas Expressway and Saratoga Avenue and realign and modernize the Pruneridge Golf Course.
