On March 19, 2024 the City Council certified an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for a project that includes a Rezone from Public, Quasi-Public, and Public Park or Recreation (B) to Planned Development (PD) to allow for the construction of 22 detached single-family residences with attached accessory dwelling units (ADUs); and a Vesting Tentative Tract Map to subdivide the parcel into 22 for-sale lots and one common lot to serve the development.
The developer has submitted an application proposing to revise the approved entitlement to allow for the use of natural gas by replacing the approved electric stovetops in the project with 22 natural gas stovetops. An Initial Study has been prepared that evaluates the environmental impacts that might reasonably be anticipated to result from the implementation of the proposed project.
