Project Description
General Plan Amendment and Rezone for the City of Santa Clara. Pre - Zone and Pre - General Plan Amendment for the City of San Jose portion to Very High Density Residential Land Use and R5 Zone. Proposal also includes a text amendment to allow ancillary retail in the Very High Density Residential and R5. The project would annex a San Jose site and demolish the existing retail building and construct a six-story mixed-use building with up to 124 residential units and approximately 3,000 square feet of retail space. The project will include two-level structure parking. The residential units will offer a mix of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three-bedroom units, with approximately 15% designated as affordable housing.
