The proposed project is to develop five (5) three-story townhome buildings, providing a total of 44 residential units. The building configuration includes one twelve-unit (12-plex) building and four eight-unit (8-plex) buildings. The project is located on the only remaining vacant parcel within the Agrihood sustainable community. Each townhome unit provides a two-car garage. The proposed project is to rezone the PD to R3 – Medium Density Residential zoning district.
