Conditional Use Permit for a new unmanned telecommunication facility with the installation of a 70-foot-tall monopine
tree in the parking lot of the Christian Church of Santa Clara at 1821 Bowers Avenue. The subject property has a
General Plan Land Use Designation of Public/Quasi-Public and is zoned PQP – Public/Quasi-Public. The proposed
monopine tree will be equipped with six antennas and six remote radio units (RRUs) on a 600 square foot lease area
enclosed by a new 8-foot-tall wooden fence.
