The proposed project is a General Plan Amendment and Rezoning for changes to the General Plan land use designation and Zoning District from Light Industrial to Community Commercial to establish a place of worship (Record #: PLN25-00335). Uses proposed for the SVG Sikh Center under building permit #BLD24-01528 to remain. City staff attended to accept feedback.
