General Plan Amendment, Zoning Amendment, Use Permit and Architectural Review for the demolition of two existing office buildings on Parcel 1 (104-16-120) and construction of a new 850,000 square feet, 8-story (185 feet), 302-bed hospital, with a rooftop heliport, and a central utility plant.
Use Permit and Architectural Review for a new 8-story parking garage with 1,397 parking spaces on the northwestern portion of the adjacent parcel (APN:104-16-121) to provide parking for the three existing buildings and to support the new hospital on the adjacent parcel.
