Session 1: Tomato Talk

Mid-summer is the time when our gardens are overflowing with tomatoes. In this class you will learn what to do with your garden’s bounty by safely preserving your tomatoes. Master Food Preserver Twila Guthrie will cover food safety, sterilization, and the hot water bath process so you can successfully fill your pantry with the beautiful tomatoes you grow.
