NVIDIA invites you to a virtual community meeting on Wednesday, July 9, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., regarding the proposed development located at 2400 Condensa Street. This meeting will cover Phase 3, the final phase of the campus expansion. The plans have been revised, reducing development size to approximately 324,000 square feet and parking to about 2,903 structured spaces (plus 36 on-grade). The design also includes a pedestrian bridge connecting Phase 3 to the Phase 1 and 2 campus. City Staff will be in attendance to accept your feedback.
