Kapital Partner invites you to participate in a hybrid community outreach meeting (in person and virtual) on Monday, August 4, 2025, 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. regarding the proposed development located at 22 Washington Street in Santa Clara. The proposed project will include 124 rental apartments above 3,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and structured parking, totaling six stories. The residential units will offer a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, with approximately 15% designated as affordable housing. City staff will be in attendance to accept feedback. The project has been submitted to the City and all additional information and project materials can be found at the project webpage.
