YXZ Architect Studio invites you to participate in a hybrid community outreach meeting (in person and virtual) on Thursday, September 25, 2025, 6 p.m.-7 p.m. regarding the proposed development located at 1575 Pomeroy Avenue, Santa Clara, CA 95051. The proposed project involves demolishing the existing structures and building six new, three-story single family houses, and updating the driveway approach.
