Yoga Health & Wellness 
Do you want to learn a simple yet powerful yoga practice that is proven to reduce stress, increase energy levels, heighten focus, clarity, and improve health? Learn Yoga for Beginners with Isha Foundation. This session will be 90 minutes. 

Regular practice can balance and stabilize your system in many ways:
  • Helps relieve chronic ailments, back pain, stress, anxiety and tension
  • Strengthens the spine
  • Takes only 5-10 minutes to practice
Age: 7+ years 
Please arrive 10 minutes early to start the session on time. Bring your yoga mat and a towel, if you have one otherwise the library will provide a mat.
