The City of Santa Clara encourages the community to participate in public meetings. Public meetings may be held in a hybrid format (with both in-person and online attendance options), virtually (completely online), or in-person only. 2300 and 2350 Walsh Avenue, NVIDIA - Community Meeting

NVIDIA invites you to a hybrid community outreach meeting (in person and virtual) on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026, at 6-7 p.m. regarding the proposed development located at 2300 and 2350 Walsh Avenue. The proposed development includes demolition of 12 single-story office buildings totaling 242,802 square feet, and construction of a new office building consisting of three stories and a mezzanine, totaling 689,008 gross square feet and a floor area ratio (FAR) of 0.99. The project includes parking for 2,137 stalls including structured and on-grade. The project includes a photovoltaic trellis over the surface parking area and a pedestrian bridge across Walsh Avenue connecting the project to an existing facility located at 2788 San Tomas Expressway.
