NVIDIA invites you to a follow-up in person and online community outreach meeting regarding the proposed development located at 2300 and 2350 Walsh Avenue on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 6-7 p.m. This meeting follows the community meeting held on January 29, 2026, and will provide an update on the project in response to community feedback.
The proposed development includes demolition of 12 single-story existing office buildings and construction of a new office building consisting of three stories and a mezzanine, totaling 692,634 gross square feet and a floor area ratio (FAR) of 1.0. The project includes parking for 2,101 stalls, including structured and on-grade. The project includes a photovoltaic trellis over the surface parking area and a pedestrian bridge across Walsh Avenue connecting the project to an existing facility located at 2788 San Tomas Expressway.
