Demmon Partners invites you to a virtual community outreach meeting on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 6-7:30 p.m. regarding the proposed development located at 400 Saratoga Avenue in Santa Clara. The proposal is to build a 5 story, 316 unit apartment building and a 1.7 acre public park along Pruneridge Avenue between San Tomas Expressway and Saratoga Avenue, and realign and modernize the Pruneridge Golf Course.
