Read Santa Clara services are free. Work with a trained volunteer tutor at a time that is good for you. Learn to read and write better so you can read to a child, fill out forms, understand health information, apply for jobs online, use your smart phone, and more. Tutors meet with learners one-to-one or in small groups.

• are age 18 or over
• need basic reading, writing, or math help
• can speak and understand English
• can meet with a volunteer tutor 2 hours a week for 6 months or more
