Read Santa Clara's Volunteer Tutors:
- Complete 12.5 hours of free training
- Offer one-to-one or small group instruction (in-person or online) for adult learners who want to improve basic reading, writing and math skills
- Meet 2 hours a week for 6 months or more
- Receive ongoing support from literacy staff
- Are friendly, patient, and respectful
- Can read, write, and speak English well
- Are 18 or older
- Complete fingerprint clearance
- Change lives...

An orientation is required to attend the next Tutor Training series: 10/8, 10/13, 10/15 and 11/17 from 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m. on Zoom.
