Parent and Child (Ages 3-5) Yoga

Yoga – a relaxing, fun way to exercise and be healthy!


Parent and child yoga offers families a great opportunity to learn and practice yoga together. This class is designed for younger children (ages 3-5 years).

Benefits of yoga:
• Improved concentration
• Greater flexibility
• Manage stress
• Positive outlook

Each child must be paired with an adult (no exceptions).

Use adult’s first and last name to register.
Please cancel your reservation if you discover a schedule conflict.
(to allow another family to participate).

Please bring your yoga mats as we have a limited number of mats.

All participants must sign a liability waiver form upon entering this activity.
