Jenny Strand Park is a five-acre neighborhood park named in memory of Jenny Strand, an exceptional 13-year-old student and community volunteer who tragically lost her life in an auto accident in 1986. Jenny was a straight-A student at Hyde Junior High, active in 4-H, softball, the Police Activity League, and volunteered at the library.

The park offers a variety of recreational amenities and open space, providing a welcoming place for families and the local community.
