
The City Council’s Policy for Public Outreach for Planning applications, adopted June 27, 2017, aims to enhance community engagement, and ensure transparency in the planning process. The latest draft of the policy is available for preview on the City's website. The public is welcome to provide comments by submitting them to PlanningPublicComment@SantaClaraCA.gov.
A formal review of this policy is scheduled to be heard at the Planning Commission meeting on Feb. 19, 2025.
