On February 11, 2025, the City Council and Santa Clara Stadium Authority Board are slated to discuss and vote on the proposed Assignment and Assumption Agreement between the Bay Area Host Committee, Forty Niners Stadium Management Company LLC (ManCo), the City of Santa Clara and the Santa Clara Stadium Authority for FIFA World Cup 2026. The proposed form of Guaranty from Forty Niners Football Company LLC (TeamCo) is also linked below.
