VCI Companies invites you to a hybrid in person and virtual community meeting regarding the proposed development located at 2303 Gianera Street. The proposed development is to rezone a single-family property to a Planned Development – PD, and construct eight attached, two-story homes (total of 4 buildings) in conjunction with the demolition of an existing single-family residence; and Tentative Subdivision Map to create eight individual lots and one common lot for development of the proposed residential project.
