A community outreach meeting (in-person and online) will be held on July 14 to provide information on a potential paid parking project at City-owned Franklin Square parking lots adjacent to Benton Street, Monroe Street, Jackson Street, and Homestead Road. The City will be conducting a study to evaluate the City Council priority to implement paid parking. City staff is conducting stakeholder outreach and will discuss the project status and gather input at this meeting. City staff is in the process of preparing a request for proposals for the study.
