88 Saratoga is a newly constructed apartment community located at 88 Saratoga Avenue in Santa Clara. There are 198 affordable rental apartments, consisting of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units available.
Accepting applications now through March 31, 2026. The lottery will be held on April 14, 2026.
