The City of Santa Clara is offering Below Market Rate homes for purchase, and the Pre-Application period is opening soon.

Nine new homes are now available for purchase at 3131 El Camino Real in Santa Clara. The community offers four townhomes and five villa-style condominiums, with two- to three- bedroom floor plans. Prices range from $417,000 to $705,500. Buyers must meet program eligibility requirements to qualify. Preference will be given to those who live and/or work in the City of Santa Clara.
