Small Business Assistance Grant Program
The City of Santa Clara has committed up to $800,000 in one-time funds to create a Small Business Assistance Grant Program.
The Silicon Valley Central Chamber of Commerce recently launched a campaign to help raise additional funding for the City’s Small Business Assistance Grant Program.

Help Your Neighbor Program
Santa Clara residents can help their neighbors who are struggling to pay their utility bills. Write a check in any amount to help your neighbor, 100% of your donation will go directly to your neighbors in need of assistance. Learn how to donate.
Valley Medical Center (VMC) Foundation
VMC Foundation is accepting donations of funds and supplies for healthcare workers in Santa Clara County. This includes N-95 masks, surgical masks, face shields, gowns and other items.
Silicon Valley Community Foundation
- Silicon Valley Community Foundation is collecting donations for the following programs:
- Small Business Relief Fund, which will provide critical loans and grants to small business owners struggling with the impacts of COVID-19.
- COVID-19 Regional Response Fund, which works with Destination: Home to support individuals and families suffering economic impact due to COVID-19.
- Regional Nonprofit Emergency Fund, which will provide flexible grants for nonprofits providing emergency services or facing unexpected costs due to COVID-19.
Silicon Valley Strong
Silicon Valley Strong is working to financially support residents, businesses and community-based organizations who are struggling at this time.
Second Harvest Food Bank
Second Harvest Food Bank is accepting donations of time and money to help support operations to provide food to those in need. Please note that Second Harvest Food Bank is NOT accepting non-perishable food donations at this time.
Donate Blood to American Red Cross
American Red Cross has an ongoing need for blood donations during this pandemic. Giving blood is an essential community services, and healthy individuals are still able to donate blood in areas with active shelter-in-place orders.
