To mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on Santa Clara small businesses and their employees, the City of Santa Clara has committed up to $1,100,000 in one-time funds to create a Small Business Assistance Grant Program.

The objective of this program is to offer immediate financial assistance to nonprofits and small businesses in the City of Santa Clara to aid in maintaining their business and workforce. Awards will be made on a first come, first served basis. The City began accepting applications after 10 a.m. PST on Friday, April 17, 2020.

To date, the City has awarded 123 grants for a total of $895,000. The Silicon Valley Central Chamber of Commerce recently launched a GoFundMe campaign to help raise additional funding for the City’s grant program. The City will continue to accept applications and continue to award grants as additional funds become available.

Here is a list of approved applications in alphabetic order and in numeric order as of May 27, 2020. Please check back for updates.
