Neighborhood Conservation & Improvement Program (NCIP)

The NCIP is a program that offers technical and financial assistance to qualified homeowners. It aims to improve the habitability and use of residences in the City of Santa Clara.

NCIP is designed for households in the City with gross incomes at or below 80% of the County’s median household income. Per the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the table below lists the guidelines by household size and maximum income level.
