In accordance to Assembly Bill 987 (AB 987), passed in 2007, redevelopment agencies are required to maintain and publish a database of existing new and rehabilitated income restricted units, that were assisted with funds from Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Fund.
As a successor to the Redevelopment Agency, the City of Santa Clara has compiled the following list: AB 987 Affordable Housing Database. The list was last updated in October 2019.
