Current major projects can be viewed as a list using the Projects Listing button below and can also be viewed in a geographic information system (GIS) map format using the Story Map button below. 

Key Terminology

Pending Review: The project was submitted and is under review for consistency with City laws and regulations. The project has not received its entitlements for approval.

Approved: The project received entitlements. The project sponsor may apply for building permits or occupancy if no building permits are required.

Under Construction: The project received building permits and is under construction.

Complete: The project completed construction, received its occupancy permits and is operational.
