Santa Clara residents can help their neighbors who are struggling to pay their utility bills through the Help Your Neighbor Program. The City will use 100% of the Help Your Neighbor donated funds to help residents who are having difficulty paying their utility bills during financially challenging times.

Ways to Donate

• Donate online by credit card: SantaClaraCA.gov/NeighborDonations
• Mail a check or come in person: Make checks payable to the City of Santa Clara. Include “Help Your Neighbor Program” in the memo line of your check, and submit to:
