New Enhancements to Permitting Online Portal!

The City of Santa Clara has launched an updated Permitting Online Portal with permit assistant features that include:
  • A modern interface and design
  • A guided help tool, Permit Assistant, that helps lead the user to the correct permit type and process
  • Access to required documents and forms prior to starting the application process
  • Resources to help you find the information you need

  • Submit any questions or requests by email to crrd@santaclaraca.gov.
  • Make sure to review the Permit Guidelines below ]prior to contacting CRRD staff for information regarding permit submittal requirements.
  • Use the Overtime Plan Review Request Form to request overtime plan review.
