Age: Registrants must provide their accurate date of birth upon registration. Proof of age may be required by the program and/or activity.

Class Attendance: Attendance is limited to individuals enrolled in the program. Participants may not make up classes which they have missed; fees cannot be prorated or refunded for classes missed.
Course Enrollment: Registration not accepted at class. Courses not reaching their minimum enrollment will be canceled.
Waiting Lists: Wait lists are created for filled classes. You may place yourself on a wait list for a filled class online or by calling the CRC for assistance. If a space becomes available, you will be contacted.
Course Cancellations: Refunds will be granted if a course is canceled by Parks & Recreation.
Liability Waiver: To register you will need to agree to the liability waiver. Waiver is available on the registration portal.
Photographic Release: The City of Santa Clara Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to photograph and/or video tape department classes, activities, events, and participants for brochures or other publicity.
Proof of Residency: Current proof of Santa Clara residency or Santa Clara Unified School District status is required to register as a resident for all programs and Membership Cards. Applicable proof: Utility bill from the last 30 days.
