Reservations and Permits
Whether you're planning a picnic, hosting an event, or just looking for a great space to connect, the City of Santa Clara offers awesome park buildings, picnic areas, community centers, and fields; all available for residents, community groups, and organizations to enjoy!
Closure of Arbor & Pavilion Picnic Areas
The Arbor and Pavilion Picnic Areas will be closed during Central Park renovations as we add ADA features, improve parking and enhance park access. The Parks & Recreation Department will not be accepting reservations for these sites from March – December 2026. City of Santa Clara Residents: Please consider our neighborhood parks for your small group gatherings. Thank you for your patience as we invest in the future of Central Park. Visit our Parks Projects page to stay up to date on this project.
