Homeridge Park and Lick Mill Park are suitable for smaller groups. You must be a resident of the City of Santa Clara to reserve.

For neighborhood parks, access to electricity and jump house permits are only available at Homeridge Picnic Areas. Please note, these picnic areas do not allow amplified sound or any use of alcohol. Balloons and confetti are not allowed.

Unreserved Picnic Areas
City of Santa Clara Park picnic areas are available to use on a first-come, first-serve basis if not previously permitted. There are limitations to unreserved picnic areas including:
- Parties should be limited to 50 people or less.
- No alcohol.
- No amplified sound.
- No balloons or confetti.
- Cannot bring chairs, tables, canopies, jump houses or other additional equipment.
Other Reservable Facilities
Chapel at Mission City Memorial Park (MCMP)
The Mission City Memorial Chapel is available to reserve in two-hour time blocks for memorials, community gatherings or meetings.
Reservation Fee: $373 for a 2-hour period
Santa Clara residents planning a burial at MCMP are eligible for one complimentary 2-hour Chapel reservation. Additional time will be subject to standard fees.

Agnews Campus at Oracle
The City of Santa Clara, by an access to Historic Easement Agreement, with Oracle Corporation, the Agnews Auditorium and Mansion is available to residents of Santa Clara and qualifying resident groups. Guidelines and rules are listed in the Auditorium & Mansion Facility Rental Information (PDF) packet.

Mission City Center for Performing Arts
The Mission City Center for Performing Arts (MCCPA) is available to civic and professional organizations during non-school hours.
MCCPA Features:
- 350-seat community theatre
- 65-foot fly (the space above the stage)
- Orchestra pit
- State-of-the-art acoustics, lighting and sound systems
- Stage set design space

Special Events Permits

Banner Permits
The display of banners or freestanding signs on public property is limited to banners that advertise local, public events of a non-commercial nature. Event must be free of charge or aimed at raising funds for the non-profit sponsor. Display of banners on freestanding signs or public fences must be approved, scheduled and coordinated by the City of Santa Clara Parks & Recreation Department.
Banners on public property are presently allowed at the following locations:
• Civic Center Park (Lincoln Street and El Camino Real)
• Central Park (Kiely Boulevard at Kaiser Drive)
• Live Oak Park (641 Morland Way)
• Larry J. Marsalli Park (the corner of Lafayette Street and El Camino Real).
