About the Event

Help us celebrate Older Adults Month with the annual “Be Strong, Live Long” Health & Wellness Fair at the Santa Clara Senior Center.

This series of mini fairs held throughout May is designed for adults aged 50+. Our goal is to empower older adults to be strong and live long through education, connection, and a little fun along the way. Each event:

Introduces the different organizations focused on health and community support
Connects you to people who help with transportation, safety, accessing food, fitness and more
Includes free health screenings, low-cost boxed lunches and prizes
Fosters meaningful connections that support independent living for you, your family and friends
