The Traffic Impact Fee is an existing one-time fee collected to finance city-wide traffic infrastructure improvements needed to serve development. The report prepared by Hexagon Transportation Consultants, Inc. provides the methodology and findings of the analysis which support the proposed fee. A hard copy of the report is available for review at the City Clerk’s Office located at 1500 Warburton Avenue.
