The Traffic Impact Fee is a one-time fee paid by new development projects. The money helps fund City traffic improvements, like road repairs, traffic signal upgrades, and intersection upgrades to support city growth.

A study by Hexagon Transportation Consultants, Inc. explains how the fee was calculated and summarizes the findings that support the proposed fee.

A printed copy of the report is available for review at the City Clerk’s Office located at 1500 Warburton Avenue.
