Sanitary Sewer Services & Fees

Installation Services & Fees

Adopted April 29, 2025; effective: July 1, 2026.

The City collects a one-time sewer connection fee. Prior to issuing a Sewer Connection Permit, confirm the developer has satisfied the requirements for development as prescribed in Chapter 17.15 of the City Code.

Sewer laterals are normally installed by the developer unless unusual or special conditions warrant the City installing the lateral. City-installed lateral fees (including a cleanout to grade at the property line or easement line) are prescribed in Chapter 17.15 of the City Code.

A cleanout is a one-way access point installed at the City's right-of-way, usually located a few feet behind the sidewalk.

Permit & Service Fees

Temporary Wastewater Discharge Permit	$476 + $5.29 per HCF or $7.07 per 1,000 gallons
Sewer Lateral Video Inspection	$525
Sanitary Sewer Utility Field Marking	$307 for up to 50' of excavation; $125 each additional 50' or fraction thereof
Sewer Lateral Point Repair (cleanout to main)	estimated based on cost of material and labor
FOG Plan Review and Inspection	$2,819
