The County of Santa Clara's Shelter-at-Home order remains in effect as some businesses and new activities are allowed to reopen with social distancing protocols and safety requirements in place. The City of Santa Clara reports sanitary sewer overflow events to the State and Regional Water Quality Control Boards. The State has setup a computer system - the California Integrated Water Quality System (CIWQS) to track information about permits and orders, and manage violations and enforcement activities.
